Overview

The Manager Digital Delivery leads a small team responsible for maintaining and developing the key applications used to deliver the MCB's services to customers and stakeholders. The role is responsible for building and maintaining strong internal relationships with other leaders across the organisation to ensure applications and data related services are meeting current needs. The role is expected to work across the MCB to ensure future expectations are defined and delivered in a planned and coordinated manner.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

* Coordination of the MCB application architecture and associated data architecture elements
* Leadership of small to medium sized projects related to application improvements or upgrades
* Represents the application and data domains on the MCB's change advisory board
* Develops and manages third party support contracts for key systems in conjunction with other MCB representatives
* Identifying and presenting improvement opportunities in application and data management to deliver improved customer outcomes

The MCB serves as the custodian of Perth's cemeteries, providing respectful and culturally sensitive services that honour the lives and legacies of our diverse community. As a self-funded statutory authority, the MCB manage seven cemeteries and memorial parks across Greater Perth, offering meaningful spaces for remembrance, reflection, and connection.

What You Bring
* As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following;
* Demonstrated experience in developing and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Experience in leading and developing a small team of technology specialists across a range of products including Dynamics 365 (Sales) and Technology One Enterprise solutions
* Experience in technology service management based on ITIL principles
* Experienced in coordinating a program of improvements across the application portfolio
