The Role:
The Lobby Concierge provides exceptional guest experiences at our client’s corporate offices by welcoming visitors and employees professionally and courteously. This client-facing role combines your passion for service, excellent interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment to support our client’s operations.
This is a part-time position working Tuesday to Thursday, from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Snapshot of the role:
Conduct proactive floor walks to enhance visitor experience and address issues preemptively.
Coordinate client meetings, manage suites, and assist with technology and catering.
Serve as the central point for client queries, wayfinding, and visitor management.
Oversee guest bookings, passes, deliveries, and VIP protocols.
Monitor suite utilization, collaborate with facilities management, and maintain service standards.
Ensure follow-up and seek opportunities to exceed expectations in all interactions.
What You Will Bring:
Experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a corporate environment, with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on positive client interactions.
Ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in a secondary language is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with meeting room management systems.
