FIFO Maintenance Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional maintenance services.
This is a full-time permanent position with an ongoing 14/14 Days Only roster FIFO From Perth. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the maintenance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
You will work closely with our operational management team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, manage planned and unplanned deliverables, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
2. Lead and manage a team of tradespeople to deliver high-quality maintenance services
3. Maintain accurate records and reports on maintenance activities and performance
4. Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
6. Required Skills and Qualifications:
7. Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
8. Possess relevant trade qualifications (e.g. electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
9. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
