Kinetic Logging Services Pty Ltd is an Epiroc entity and a leading supplier of Geophysical Services in Australia, with offices in Perth, Newman and North Queensland.

We're seeking a dedicated SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) Coordinator to help drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement across our business. Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, you'll play a key role in enhancing systems and practices that protect our people, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold our quality and environmental standards.

This role supports company-wide compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, with a focus on workplace health and safety, quality systems, environmental management, and asset integrity.

The Role:

· Develop, maintain, and improve safety, health, environment, quality, and asset management systems.

· Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and drive corrective action.

· Deliver engaging training to staff on SHEQ policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

· Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety breaches, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.

· Collaborate with departments to ensure regulatory and internal standard compliance.

· Monitor SHEQ data, analyse trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

· Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits, reporting, and compliance.

· Liaise with regulatory bodies and auditors, including overseeing radiation safety compliance.

· Lead or contribute to SHEQ committees or working groups.

· Regularly review and update SHEQ policies and procedures to reflect current legislation and best practices.

· Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organisation

About You:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar SHEQ or HSE role.

· Cert IV (or equivalent) in Occupational/Work Health & Safety.

· Lead Auditor certification (ideally ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 or 55001).

· Strong investigation and analytical skills.

· Experience delivering training and conducting assessments.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferably including Project).

· Ability to interpret and apply policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Knowledge of change management is advantageous.

· Mining or resource industry experience preferred.

· A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
