The Opportunity MJD Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a private Family Office on a rare part-time opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant, based on the Gold Coast. Supporting a high-net-worth individual, this role will suit someone who brings a well-rounded background across corporate, investments and real estate environments, combined with a polished and professional approach to stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the principal, you’ll act as a trusted right hand, balancing high-level executive support with relationship management and operational coordination. This is a position where discretion, initiative and strong judgement are essential, requiring someone who can move seamlessly between priorities while maintaining structure and consistency. The role will commence on a 3-day per week basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time position over time. The Role End-to-end diary, inbox and schedule management, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is used effectively Coordination of meetings, travel and logistics across both business and personal commitments Preparing reports, documents and presentations to support decision-making Acting as a key point of contact for external stakeholders including advisors, service providers and partners Supporting both business and personal administrative tasks with a high level of discretion Providing structure, organisation and follow-through across a fast-moving environment About You This is a role where you will act as a true extension of the principal, bringing structure, responsiveness and a high standard of delivery across all areas of support. To be successful in this position you’ll be an experienced EA or senior PA who is confident supporting a high-net-worth individual, business owner or within a Family Office environment. Previous expertise supporting a HNWI or within a Family Office will be highly regarded when applying for the role. You’re naturally polished and personable, with the ability to build rapport quickly and represent your executive with confidence. At the same time, you are highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing complexity behind the scenes. You’ve likely operated in a fast-paced, founder-led or high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days look the same. You are proactive, solutions-focused and take ownership, with the judgement and discretion required to operate in a private setting.
