Oversee current & future People and Culture resource needs and make recommendations to the Leadership Team regarding workforce planning needs.
Provide advice and recommended actions related to ER, Modern Awards, employment contracts, and legal requirements surrounding Fair Work, to minimise legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Coach and support managers and team members on performance management, performance development, recruitment and retention, engagement, position description development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Deliver leadership training and education programs that support the Training Calendar.
Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture by influencing leadership approaches, strengthening workplace relationships, and driving positive team engagement.
Contribute to Workplace Productivity via meetings, award advice, payroll management, compliance, and Human Force guidance.
