Job Description
As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
* Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
* Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
* Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
* Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
The successful candidate must be able to cover both practice locations:
* Hobart:
149 Macquarie Street, Hobart, TAS, 7000
* Rosny Park:
26 Bayfield Street, Rosny Park, TAS, 7018
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in the dental industry (DA or Dental Receptionist) is ideal.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in using computer software applications.
* Experience with file keeping and data entry.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task.
