Centre Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a driven leader to take on the role of Centre Manager at our early learning centre in Sale, Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a reputable service and make a lasting impact on educators, families, and the community.
About the Role:
The Centre Manager will be responsible for driving the centre towards exceeding the National Quality Standard (NQS), maintaining exceptional quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing and managing the centre's budget, occupancy, and administrative functions. Additionally, the successful candidate will cultivate deep, positive relationships with families, stakeholders, and the wider Sale community.
Requirements:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification;
* Clear national and/or international Police Check;
* Current Working With Children's Check;
* Asthma, anaphylaxis, and CPR certificates;
* Mandatory Reporting and other obligations certificate;
* Do Food Safety Certificate;
Previous experience in a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager role is essential. In-depth knowledge of NQF and EYLF is also required. The ideal candidate will have outstanding ability to mentor teams, solve complex problems proactively, and handle business operations.
What We Offer:
* Total Rewards Package: salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 (commensurate with experience);
