Job Description
* Preparation of Financial Statement as per IND AS for the Company and its UJV.
* Co-coordinate with Statutory Auditors to finalize the accounts
* Internal Control and Internal Audit, Cost Audit,
* Preparation & submission of periodic financial performance reports of the projects & the entity for review, control & course corrections.
* Analyse variances in the financial accounts and take corrective steps.
* Coordinate, prepare, and present to the management Revenue and Capital Budgets including Order booking, Sales, Cost and Expenses, Capex, and Profitability.
* Forecast performance and suggest corrective action to meet or exceed targets.
* Direct Taxation – Planning & Compliances, Tax Audit
* Monitoring Site Accounting, Stores & Admin.
* Customer accounting, reconciliation, and timely collection of the same.
* Support the Tender team with necessary data and audit certificates
* Partner with the business to support decision making. Help businesses evaluate opportunities and understand risks in key decisions from the financial, legal, and statutory points of view.
* In addition perform any other job/task as assigned to you from time to time.
