About The Role
1. Assist in applying industry-leading investigation practices to minimise AAL exposure to fraudulent claims.
2. Meet service level agreements as per National Investigations Unit (NIU) guidelines and business plan KPIs.
3. Provide professional service and advice according to NIU guidelines, SLAs, and business plans.
4. Ensure efficiencies when determining the need for External and Expert investigations and review invoices accordingly.
5. Adhere to all relevant legislation and investigation guidelines.
6. Maintain processes and systems to ensure compliance and consistency across the organisation.
About You
1. Experience resolving complex claims management processes in a matrixed insurance environment.
2. Understanding of insurance investigation processes and legal issues including liability.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Proficiency with systems, software, databases, and reporting tools.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
