Position Overview
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the preparation, accuracy and timely delivery of monthly management reports. This role ensures financial insights are clearly communicated to senior stakeholders and support continuous improvement in reporting processes and team performance.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate must be CA/CPA qualified and/or have proven experience in a similar role, particularly with financial reporting at the supervisory/managerial level. Ahrens is seeking an experienced and savvy person with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to lead the finance team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and reporting frameworks, as well as advanced Excel and strong organisational skills. Candidates with ERP systems experience, especially with Pronto are highly desirable for this role.
