The role of a Contact Centre Operator is multifaceted, requiring individuals to act as first points of contact in high-pressure enquiry centres. The position involves responding to multi-channel customer enquiries while working at the Dubbo location.
Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer service, achieving individual performance levels through independent work, and contributing to overall service performance and improvement.
This requires effective communication skills, proficiency in computerised systems, technology, and telephony systems to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities involve triage, referral or escrow of enquiries, data entry, and record maintenance.
A successful candidate will possess experience working with multi-screen operations and previous call centre experience is preferred.
