Overview
We currently have a full-time permanent position available for a Business Support Officer at our Shepparton Dealership which services, repairs and maintains a large range of industry leading John Deere equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide qualified, positive and friendly interactions with customers visiting our site.
- Proactively host and assist with customer enquiries.
- Answer all incoming calls and direct them in a supportive manner to the appropriate team member.
- Attend to accounts payable and receivable.
- Provide administrative and operational support to various departments within the Branch.
- Manage correspondence including emails, letters and other communications.
- Assist with customer accounts management.
To be successful you will need
- Willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
