Job Description

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and optimise the company's operational strategy and execution
* Advise the Board on operational performance and strategic initiatives
* Build organisational capability and oversee day-to-day operations across departments
* Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight
* Evaluate and maintain full compliance with regulatory bodies
* Oversee corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory reporting
* Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks
Supply Chain Management
* Develop and manage end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, logistics, and vendor relationships
* Ensure continuity, efficiency, and risk mitigation across supply chain operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive senior leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry
* Proven success in the Australian generics or specialty pharmaceutical market
* Strong capability in budget development and resource management
* Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
* Experience in supply chain oversight, including procurement, logistics, and risk mitigation

* Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, while collaborating effectively with the Board and executive leadership
* Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related discipline (preferred)
