About The Role
As a Customer Service Operator – Crane Driver, you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including undertaking deliveries via truck, trade store operations, customer service, warehousing and general duties
Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
Operating the crane truck and hand unloading of plasterboard and related items.Picking & Packing orders on a daily basisDealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phoneAssist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory record-s are maintainedRegularly check & create ordersReceipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligenceLoading/unloading customer vehiclesMaintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to managementRecord and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer proceduresGeneral warehouse duties & house keeping
