The Role
We’re Looking for Experienced Frontend Supervisors!
Are you a seasoned leader ready to take the next step in your career? At Spudshed, we’re seeking an experienced supervisor to join our team and make a meaningful impact.
This role includes a tailored training program, designed to enhance your existing skills and prepare you for success in a Frontend Supervisor role.
Once training is complete, you’ll transition seamlessly into the Frontend Supervisor position, where you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and help train and develop a high-performing team. Your leadership will be key in creating a welcoming and engaging experience for both our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
Frontend Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Supervise the daily operations of the checkout area, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the checkout area.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and effective manner.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
* Manage cash handling, ensuring accuracy in till operations and balancing at the end of shifts.
* Support management with inventory checks and restocking as needed.
* Assist with roster and ensuring appropriate staffing levels for peak times.
Skills & Experience
* Strong leader and team builder.
* Organised and task oriented.
* Strong communication skills.
* Must be available to work weekends.
To be successful in this role you must be Customer focused and passionate about maintaining an excellent Department standard.
