CRM Group PTY LTD are seeking an outgoing, confident, friendly and experienced office administrator to join our team in our Rockhampton office.You will work in a small admin team whose purpose is to ensure the business is run efficiently and our clients receive exceptional service.As an office administrator, you will:Provide administrative support to senior administration staff, the Director and our team of electricians.Ensure the efficient day to day operations of the office.Prepare and submit relevant electrical and solar applications/documentation.Manage job specific paperwork and requirements.Undertake general administration and office duties including telephone and email correspondence, filing, maintaining office supplies etc.Assist with preparation of invoices and quotes.Assist with basic bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable and data entry.Follow up overdue accounts and Debtors.Scheduling and entering in of work orders.CRM is a local, family owned business with over 20 years of industry experience.The successful applicant must have:Competence in MS Office packages.A neat appearance.Good communication skills.A willingness to learn.A can do attitude.Have a Driver's License.Proficient in compiling emails.Experience scheduling training programs for trades is highly regarded.Please submit a cover letter with your resume.
