* Maintain a positive and resilient approach to customer service in a busy retail environment.
Qualifications
* Ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers.
* Appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers.
* Drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs.
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role and beyond.
* Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
