We're on the lookout for a Senior Accounts Payable Officer who thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment and takes pride in accuracy, ownership, and great service.

What We Are Looking For
* 3–5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a large or shared‐services environment.
* Solid SAP knowledge and confidence working with AP systems and scanning tools.
* Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
* A sharp eye for detail (you spot the $0.01 differences).
* Excellent communication skills and a customer‐first mindset.
* The ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
* A team‐player attitude with the confidence to work independently.
* Exposure to change management or project management is a bonus!
What You'll Be Doing
* Processing high‐volume supplier invoices and employee expenses with speed and precision.
* Performing 3‐way matching, GL allocation, and statement reconciliations.
* Making sure payments are accurate, on time, and policy‐compliant.
* Working closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries quickly.
* Maintaining clean master data and supporting scanning & AP systems.
* Helping uphold strong financial controls, governance, and audit readiness.
* Being a go‐to AP expert in a collaborative, supportive team.
