You will manage a leadership team of up to eight divisional managers and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business.

What You Will Do
* Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with revenue growth and operational excellence.
* Identify new business opportunities and support major bids and client relationships.
* Oversee day-to-day operations across service delivery, maintenance, and projects.
* Manage financial performance including Profit & Loss, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow.
* Ensure compliance with fire protection codes, safety standards, and licensing requirements.
* Lead, mentor, and develop up to eight divisional managers and their teams.
* Drive recruitment, performance management, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Establish KPIs and monitor performance across service, sales, and compliance.
* Provide regular reports to senior leadership and adapt strategies based on performance and market conditions.
About You
* Proven leadership experience within the fire protection industry preferred, with consideration given to building services or similar sectors.
* Strong people leadership capability with experience managing managers.
* Commercially astute with demonstrated Profit & Loss and budgeting experience.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
* Strong understanding of service delivery, compliance, and operational risk.
* Clear communicator with the ability to influence internally and externally.
* Must have full Australian work rights without any restrictions.
