Job Specification: Senior MuleSoft Integration Developer (SuccessFactors)

Overview
We are seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer to lead the integration between SAP SuccessFactors and our core enterprise ecosystem. This is a critical piece of our digital transformation roadmap, focusing on automating HR data flows, employee lifecycle management, and real-time reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Design & Develop: Build robust API-led integration solutions using Mule 4.x and the Anypoint Platform.
* SF Integration: Implement end-to-end integration flows using the SuccessFactors OData API and Compound Employee API.
* Data Mapping: Create complex DataWeave 2.0 transformations to map HR data objects (Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment) to downstream systems.
* Connectivity: Securely connect SuccessFactors with ERP (S/4HANA), Identity Management (Azure AD), and other 3rd party SaaS applications.
* Testing: Drive unit and integration testing (MUnit) to ensure high reliability of HR data synchronization.
Technical Requirements
* MuleSoft: 5+ years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Design Center, Runtime Manager, API Manager).
* SAP SuccessFactors: Proven experience specifically integrating with SuccessFactors HCM. Knowledge of Employee Central (EC) data structures is highly preferred.
* API Standards: Expert knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML. Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0 and SAML for secure HR data exchange.
* Architecture: Experience with API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience layers).
* Cloud: Experience deploying to CloudHub 2.0 or Runtime Fabric (RTF).

* Consultative Approach: Ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and HR business processes.
* Self-Managed: Comfortable working in a 100% remote, autonomous environment.
* Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for documenting API specifications (RAML/OAS).
