Customer Service Representative Role

* You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing quality service and handling sensitive or complex enquiries. This role requires empathy, sound judgement, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

8. Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and/or service providers, with cultural competence and awareness of historical and contemporary issues.
