Role Overview
Senior Associates are expected to deliver rapid, sustainable results for our clients, not just produce reports. You will turn analysis into action, working from the shop floor to the C‑suite to drive process improvement, supply chain optimisation, or back-office transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with analytics teams and Excel to build insights and recommendations.
* Translate data and analysis into actionable plans that clients can implement.
* Partner with clients across all levels to influence outcomes and drive performance improvements.
* Manage end-to-end engagement activities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Distinction average in a Master’s degree or MBA.
* Up to 6 years of commercial experience (desired).
* Strong Excel and general maths skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Community, sporting, and volunteer experience is valued.
Applicants may work remotely from Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney, with a primary office in Brisbane.
