About the Role:

We are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced people leader to join our team at Bupa Optical Warringah Mall. Our friendly and committed team of Dispensers and Optometrists are ready to welcome you.

As the Leader of this high-end eyewear store, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a first-class experience for all. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and vibrant store environment while driving sales and achieving operational excellence.

Building community relationships and clientele will be a major focus as we service new and existing customers. This is a great opportunity for self-development and growth with the support and direction of senior leadership.

This position will be offered as Full-time Permanent working 38 hours per week.

Ideally, you will have optical or solid retail store leadership experience and be keen to showcase this in an organization that values contribution. You should have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of a brand-name retail store. You must be focused on your people and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

You will also need a current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).
