Duties: Focusing on off-the-plan product, yet also able to sell completed stock, you will be responsible for: Servicing and qualifying all incoming buyer enquiry Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building Provide key information on units, features and structure of the building Educating buyers regarding the projects, property investment and providing general property market commentary Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement Assist in the management of / and providing guidance to a Host / Assistant Close collaboration with the Marketing team as required for the project to achieve Sales objectives.
