Plastics Unaccredited Registrar – St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne
Applications are now open for Non‐Accredited (Pre‐SET or Prevocational) Plastic Surgery Registrar at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
You will gain exposure to a wide spectrum of reconstructive surgery including breast, sarcoma, head and neck, skin malignancy, hand surgery and maxillofacial surgery. Clinical management of patients will be under the care and direction of the Directors of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in each unit.
Responsibilities
* Working closely with the SET trainees in each unit to successfully manage all inpatients and outpatients
* Participating in the on‐call roster as the Registrar
* Assisting in teaching & mentoring the junior staff
Qualifications
* Full working rights in Australia
* Hold current AHPRA registration
* Hold an MBBS or equivalent
* Hold a current, or willing to undergo a satisfactory National Police Check at your own expense
* Having a commitment to deliver the best in patient care and safety
Classification
Classifications for this position will range from HM25 – HM30 ($129,000–$177,000) pro‐rata for part time.
