The Role We Offer
As a Sales Specialist in the Loading Dock market for APAC, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach in this growing sector.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, booking meetings, and presenting solutions.
* Build and nurture relationships with Commercial Real Estate Management companies, Access Control providers, and Parking Software vendors.
* Closing existing deals in the pipeline while driving new opportunities.
* Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities to refine our approach.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
* Proven experience selling to or working with Commercial Real Estate Management, Access Control, or Parking Software companies
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level sales processes
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
