Qualifications & Experience
* 12+ years of proven sales leadership experience in enterprise software.
* Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
* Deep understanding of the ANZ enterprise software market.
* Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders in Marketing, Digital Commerce, and IT functions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand (~30–40%).
