About the Role
* Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, including assessments, treatment plans and medication management
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing education and training
Requirements
* Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
* Experience working in aged care or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
