* Lead commercial negotiations with partners at contract commencement, renewal, price review, and scope changes.
* Oversee customer onboarding as a critical revenue-enablement function, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of client services.
* Guide national service teams to deliver consistent outcomes in customer support, logistics coordination, and fulfilment.
* Develop and track KPIs across operations, ensuring proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
