Job Description
We are seeking a strategic professional to drive key diversity and inclusion initiatives nationwide. This role will contribute innovative thinking and implement a continuous improvement approach to HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement organizational-wide strategies to advance diversity and inclusion across the organization nationally.
* Lead research projects to identify best practices and approaches supporting the business plan.
* Develop and implement strategies for continuous monitoring and evaluation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
* Contribute to health and safety, and wellbeing programs across the organization.
Requirements:
* A working knowledge of employment practices and legislation is essential.
* Minimum 8 years' work experience in a similar role.
* Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualification in Business or Human Resources Management or equivalent.
* Advanced knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to deliver training to all levels of staff.
* Good working knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to show initiative, bring a logical and common-sense approach to problem-solving.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work demands and changing priorities.
