Role
This is a great opportunity for an a polished and experienced Conveyancing Clerk to join their team based in an affluent suburb in the outer Bayside region. With a focus on residential conveyancing matters, you will take pride in providing a high level of support in a rapid paced and technology supported team environment. Responsibilities include:
* Preparing documents and reviewing contracts
* Preparing transfers, stamp duty declaration forms and other relevant paperwork
* Obtain certificates and conduct relevant searches
* Coordinate settlements
* Prepare client invoices
* Post settlement duties including final letters to client
* General administrative duties including opening new files, data-entry and archiving files
Skills & Expertise
* 5+ years experience as a conveyancing clerk
* Experience using PEXA
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* An enthusiastic and proactive attitude
