Job Description
The Dispch Team Leader will oversee the efficient dispatch and delivery of products across Australia and New Zealand from our Burleigh Heads warehouse. This role is responsible for leading and assisting a team of warehouse associates to optimise productivity and efficiency.
* Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring orders are processed and shipped on time.
* Analyse dispatch data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and implement stock management best practices.
* Liaise with customers, couriers and other stakeholders to provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
* Work on the floor with the Picker/Packer team.
* Provide training and mentorship to team members.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a similar role within logistics or warehouse environments.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
* Analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
* Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment is highly desirable.
