State Sales Manager Opportunity
Rare chance to lead a significant region with sales in excess of $65 million p.a. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the performance and profitability of 26 stores across WA, SA, and NT.
* Lead a team of two Assistant State Sales Managers (one in WA and one in SA) to drive retail and trade sales growth.
* Deliver operational efficiency and consistency across all stores.
* Instill a high-performance culture across the store teams.

Critical Responsibilities
The role requires:
* Achieving sales, stock, expense, and profit contribution targets.
* Driving KPIs by developing, coaching, training, and retaining a team of quality managers and team members in each store.
* Understanding local markets and seeking opportunities to make industry contacts and drive sales performance.
About You
An experienced state, regional or area manager with an extensive background in multi-site retail operations. Exposure to diverse customer environments will be highly advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills and proven business acumen and experience in operations.
* Natural leadership skills and ability to build effective teams.
* Positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and clear communication skills.
