What You'll Do
* Take full ownership of the morning service including high‐volume barista work and coffee cart operations.
* Lead the front‐of‐house team independently to ensure seamless daily dining and premium function service.
* Manage diverse tasks from food preparation and tray service to maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer service, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
* Coordinate function requirements and catering setups for school events and special occasions.
* Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are met through diligent dishwashing and station maintenance.
About You
* Proven experience as a Supervisor within a fast‐paced hospitality or contract catering environment.
* Advanced barista skills with the ability to maintain quality and speed during peak periods.
* Flexibility to manage function work and adapt to the changing needs of a busy school campus.
* Strong communication skills and a natural \"customer-first\" mentality for the school community.
* Willingness to be hands‐on in all areas of the operation from the coffee machine to the kitchen.
* Possession of a valid ID is an essential requirement for this education‐based role.
