Personal Assistant to the Director
Coastal Hydraulics & Engineering Pty Ltd is a leading Cairns based hydraulic repair, service, and hose manufacturing company. We are looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Director and assist with data entry, compiling spreadsheets and in establishing, developing, and maintaining an effective and responsive compliance management system within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings and appointments
· Handle emails, calls and general correspondence
· Prepare and format documents including spreadsheets, contracts, reports and ISO accreditation
· Assist with data entry, administration and document management
· Maintain organised digital and office filing systems
· Assist with general business and personal support tasks
About You
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Xero) and general office software
· Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
· Professional and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving
· Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and commitment
· Willing to learn and be flexible to changing workload
· Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
