As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our dynamic team and support the financial performance of our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and financial commentary
* Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow models
* Analyse production costs, margins, and product profitability
* Monitor KPIs across manufacturing, sales, and operations
* Provide insights that support pricing, inventory, and cost-control decisions
* Partner with operational managers to review performance and drive efficiency
* Assist with year-end processes and liaise with external auditors
* Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools
* Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business improvement initiatives
About You
* Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/ANZSCO SKILL 1) or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within manufacturing, production, or similar industries
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems preferred
* Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
* Proactive, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
