Housekeeping Manager Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping Manager is to oversee daily housekeeping operations and supervise a team of staff members.

Main Responsibilities:

* Create and manage schedules for housekeeping staff
* Inspect rooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality
* Manage stock and supplies of cleaning materials and equipment

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective results
* Knowledge of housekeeping operations and safety procedures
