This purpose built, large Centre in the Liverpool area has a wealth of resources and space. The organisation aims to focus on each individual child and wants to give back into each service to provide the best quality care. They are working alongside an exciting organisation to promote and market the service. Due to this, there will be lots of involvement with the local community.
The OpportunityAs the Centres assistant director, you will support the Director by mentoring and training staff, rostering, answering phones, and doing service tours. This role is totally off the floor. This position would be suited to an experienced Early Childhood Teacher or would also suit someone wanting to step up into management. Previous experience as a 2IC would be desirable but not essential. You, as part of the management team will be offered excellent support and professional development. In addition, there are career progression opportunities with this well-established organisation.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be Bachelor qualified with several years' experience at a similar service and a NESA accreditation. You will also present extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS as well as excellent communication and management skills. This is position is to start in January 2026 or sooner if available before then.

* Bachelor of Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent)
