The Position
This is a key role in a friendly, motivated team providing high-level administrative support to both the School Director and Manager as well as acting as the first point of contact within the School and College for a wide range of administrative matters. This position is based at Mount Stromlo Observatory, headquarters of the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics and is part of the College of Science and Medicine Administration Team.
The Person
We are looking for a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to quickly develop productive, professional relationships with colleagues and clients. Highly developed organisational skills and effective self-management are key. We are looking for someone who can provide accurate policy advice and coach clients through detailed processes.

The College
