About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and support project delivery within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) portfolio. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that solutions meet user needs. Your role will involve preparing functional specifications, facilitating workshops, and contributing to the successful implementation of projects that enhance the student experience.
About You
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in business analysis and stakeholder engagement. You can translate requirements into actionable solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment is essential.

About the Office of Academic Quality and Enhancement, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) Portfolio
The Office of Academic Quality and Enhancement, led by the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic Quality and Enhancement), is responsible for key functions that support the University's academic standards and student experience. These include Curriculum Services, Student Policy and Integrity Services, Academic Quality, Compliance and Risk and Strategic Projects.
Within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) Portfolio, the Strategic Projects team plays a vital role in supporting strategic and operational priorities across student-related and academic services.
