This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Autobarn on casual basis. You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as playing a key role in achieving store targets.
What you'll do
* Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
* Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well‐presented store environment.
* Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
About you
You're hands‐on, customer‐focused, and eager to learn. You don't need to be a car expert to join us – just someone who's passionate about people, great service, and teamwork. You'll also bring:
* Strong work ethic and organisational skills
* Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
* A genuine passion for helping customers.
* Basic computer literacy
* Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
