Due to growth in the team, they are now looking to employ a HR Consultant on a full time basis to support their client group in all facets of generalist HR / ER and IR.
The role
Reporting into the Partner, you will work across all generalist areas of HR including remuneration reviews, performance management, learning and development, as well as employee relations. You will partner closely with various client group to advise and influence senior stakeholders and leaders on best practice HR. You will work across both an operational level of HR, being hands on with the businesses in your client group to help to develop strategies relating to employee engagement, talent mapping and succession planning.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have a degree in HR, coupled with strong experience within a true HR generalist role, ideally working within a professional services or legal industry. Importantly, you will be a strong relationship builder with the ability to influence at a very senior level and gain credibility quickly, working collaboratively within a very close-knit team.
