Aviation Maintenance Engineer - Bell 412
Coulson Aviation is a global aerial firefighting company with operations across the world. We operate a fleet of large aerial firefighting assets consisting of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, including helicopters and fire support platforms.
Our teams perform aerial firefighting missions, transport flights, intelligence and scanning missions, disaster mitigation, search and rescue operations, and related activities. We require qualified aviation maintenance engineers to join our team in Australia.
* Perform daily, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on customer-owned aircraft ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical issues as appropriately qualified to ensure aircraft safety and airworthiness.
* Supervise unlicensed engineers, apprentices, and/or contractors as and when required.
* Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance documentation of all work performed.
Requirements:
* CASA B1.3 or B2 License.
* At least two years of experience working in Australia as an LAME.
* Ability to obtain ASIC Clearance.
* Ability to obtain RAAF Base Access.
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
* Type Rating: Bell 412.
* FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Licence.
* No Exclusions on CASA Licence.
* Aerial Fire Suppression maintenance experience.
