We’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand or Junior Foreman to join the team working on Civil projects on the Sunshine Coast. Your key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency Managing personnel and subcontractors to meet project milestones Maintaining compliance with construction plans and project specifications Promoting a positive, solutions-driven team culture Ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard About you Demonstrated experience as a Leading hand or Foreman, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar. Experience in Bulk earthworks, civils and roadworks ability to read and interpret construction plans ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
