This Australian owned company who is an industry leader and innovator of sustainable and cost effective pavement and earthworks solutions is looking for an experienced** Machine Operators or HR / HC Drivers** to join the team.
Please note: You must be willing to travel for this role, working away from home on various projects each month.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Site Manager, this business has an open-door policy, and your guidance and opinions will be valued to help the business grow! As an Operator or Driver you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to the following.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work to set instructions set down by Foreman/Leading hand.
- Operate machinery in a protected a technically correct manner.
- Manage planning of your day
- Daily reporting and more
**Skills & Experience**:
- **Ideally you will have at least 3+ years in a similar role with appropriate Licenses or Certifications.**:
- **Knowledge of pavements or earthworks is preferable. Experience on a variety of road construction plant and civil construction will be advantageous.**:
- Taking direction, being self-motivated and having the ability to follow safety procedures is essential for this role.
- You must have great communication skills but most importantly be reliable, trustworthy and a hard worker with common sense. A focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Be able to demonstrate suitable experience in plant operation.
- Be prepared to travel throughout NSW (and possibly interstate)

Overtime is required from time to time and work is predominantly in the Central Coast region although please note - you MUST be prepared to travel away from home for work for a week or two every now and then to work on projects. You will be supported in this role and provided with a great environment. This full-time position 6am - 6pm Monday to Friday which provides great tight knit team environment, company wide support and stability for the right person!
