Practice nurse duties in a busy General Practice, including but not limited to:
* Provides advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, care and intervention to patients within the scope of the Nurse Practitioner.
* administering immunisations
* Minor consultations
* Ordering diagnostic tests, undertaking diagnosis and health assessments.
* assisting with minor procedures
* discussing and reviewing test results with patients
* assist and contribute patients care planning
* providing chronic conditions patients with review and maintenance care plans
* assisting with supply stock and order activities
* organising appointments and bringing patients in for check-ups and vital care
* Help with patients recalls if needed
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $100.00 – $150.00 per hour
