- You will be responsible for managing the end to end function of payroll of 100 employees.
- You will assess the current procedures and invite the team to look at new ways of doing things.
- You will assist with the rostering of employees, administration of new starters and terminations.
- If you do not already possess HR experience, there is an opportunity to learn HR processes such as culture engagement, assist with recruitment processes and HR administration.
**What our client is looking for**
- A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to take initiative and bring current ideas to the table.
- Strong team player and ability to work collaboratively with the HR Manager.
- Experience using ADP Payforce and Kronos would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in end to end Payroll.
