Alliance Extra Staff is seeking experienced and reliable Kitchen Hands and Cleaners to support hospital and healthcare environments across the Albury / Wodonga region.
This is a fast-paced environment suited to candidates who thrive in structured healthcare settings and understand the importance of hygiene, teamwork, and patient care.
Kitchen Hand / Food Services Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver food and beverage trolleys to patients
Assist with meal plating, including modified diets (IDDSI)
Maintain food safety standards and temperature documentation
Operate within hospital kitchen procedures
Dishwashing and maintaining clean workspaces
Cleaner Responsibilities
Perform hospital-grade cleaning across wards and clinical environments
Complete high-touchpoint and infection-control cleaning
Follow strict hygiene and safety procedures
Maintain cleaning records and equipment standards
What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months' experience within hospitals, healthcare, or aged care
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced settings
Current National Police Check
Current Working with Children Check
Up-to-date COVID-19 (3x) and 2025 Flu Vaccination
Availability for flexible shifts
Knowledge & Experience with Modified Diets (IDDSI)
