Requirements for this role:

* 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
* Work visa will be provided for this role
* Expected salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
* This is an immediate start position
The successful candidate would be expected to
· Organise and control operations of the store
· Come up with marketing ideas and proactively promote and advertise our products and services
· Be proactive and innovative in maximising sales and traffic through the store
· Identify and regulate the store's product mix, stock levels
· Set, control and optimize our service standards
· Set and control pricing of our products and services according to market shifts and changes
· Be in charge of ordering and purchasing of stock for the store
· Be in charge of budgeting, establish store sales goals and ensuring goals are met to maximise profitability
· Able to analyse changes that affect the store's operation and goals
· Make necessary changes and adjustments to meet and or beat expectations
· Be able to direct the retail operations of the store within company guidelines
· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues faced
· Hiring and dismissing staff as required
· Train employees to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity in all departments including that all staff are able to 'sell' our products and services
· Maintain safe opening and closing procedures
· Overall responsibility for store safety and security - safeguarding both assets and consistently working toward and maintaining a safe environment for customers and employees
· Be able to supervise and manage store team to insure optimum performance and customer service
· Understand and ensure compliance of the business with all occupational health and safety regulations
· May also be required occasionally oversee the operations of our other 2 locations
